Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit applies to individuals responsible for coordinating general facility maintenance in any type of facility where this function forms part of the job role. It focuses on needs identification and the implementation/monitoring of cleaning, maintenance and repairs. Work is undertaken autonomously within overall organisational guidelines and procedures, often by those with team leading or managerial responsibility.Specialist asset maintenance units of competency are found in other Training Packages (for example the PRM04 Asset Maintenance Training Package). | ||
